Als je een kamer boekte dan zijn lakens en handdoeken voorzien. Kom je met je eigen busje, dan niet. En als je -30 bent en op de slaapzaal slaapt, dan heb je naast een handdoek, ook alle slaapgerief te voorzien. Wat moet ik meebrengen? Het is heel handig als je een matje, een meditatiekussentje en een dekentje/lakentje meebrengt. Dat heb je in bijna alle sessies nodig. Een drinkfles is ook handig. En makkelijke kledij. Verder zijn er in bepaalde bepaalde proeverijen ook extra dingen nodig. Dat staat aangekondigd op de website bij programma . Daar vind je alles wat je nodig hebt! Wat verstaan jullie onder ‘kledij waarin je je senXsueel voelt? Dat mag jij hélemaal zelf invullen. En om je wat te inspireren: lange rokken, korte jurkjes, zijden blouses, kanten truitjes, netkousen, roze tule, zwarte pakjes, leren broeken, lange handschoenen, glitterende beha’s, witte beha’s, onderkleedjes, gouden oorbellen, sjaals, … Kortom: all is welcome. We zijn tijdens het festival niet met elkaars kledij bezig. Wat andere vrouwen dragen is niet andermans zaak. De kledij dient enkel en alleen voor jouw plezier. Noot: in de zalen mogen geen schoenen (met hakken) gedragen worden, dus die moet je niet mee brengen. Is eten inbegrepen? Ja, zeker! Op de website staat het hele programma . Je vindt er uitleg bij de proeverijen en ook filmpjes waarin de vakvrouwen zich voorstellen. En er is een maand voor aanvang een virtuele infosessie. Daarin overlopen we alle sessies. En beantwoorden we alle vragen die er nog zijn. Die zoom wordt ook opgenomen, die kan je dus later nog beluisteren. Kan ik vrij kiezen welke sessies ik volg? Ja. Een drietal weken op voorhand wordt je uitgenodigd om je programma samen te stellen. Hoe dat werkt leggen we uit in de betreffende mail. En tijdens het festival zelf, kan je ook nog veranderen als er plaatsjes vrij komen. Of soms kan je wisselen met iemand. Hoe spannend zijn de sessies? Dat verschilt. Daarom werken we met pepertjes. Die geven een indicatie. Uitleg daarover vind je bij het programma. Tijdens sommige sessies zitten we in een kring te praten. Tijdens andere sessies is er naakt. En er zijn proeverijen waar veel zinnelijke energie aan te pas komt. Er zijn geen orgieën of seksfeestjes. 😉 De pepertjes geven richting én zeggen niet alles. Het is geen 100% waterdicht systeem. Want praatsessies kunnen heel spannend zijn (voor jou). En een vier-pepertjes-sessie kan heel easy aanvoelen. Lees rustig het aanbod. Kom naar de infosessie. Vertrouw op je intuïtie. En verander eventueel tijdens het festival nog van gedacht. Moet ik overal aan deelnemen? Nee. Niets moet. Jij kiest waar je wel en niet aan deel neemt. Op elk moment. Als je beslist om aan een bepaalde proeverij toch niet mee te doen, is het wel zo fijn om je plaatsje vrij te geven. Participants Is er een minimum / maximum leeftijd? Je kan meedoen vanaf 18 jaar. Ervaring leert dat jonger te jong is. En tijdens elke editie zijn er vrouwen van +70. En alles daartussen. We verwelkomen letterlijk vrouwen van alle leeftijden! Kan ik alleen komen? Ja. Veel vrouwen komen alleen naar het Fluisterfestival. En dat vinden ze allemaal spannend. Het alleen voelen duurt eenwel niet lang: we besteden veel aandacht aan veiligheid en sisterhood. Halverwege dag 1, ga je je wellicht al helemaal thuis voelen. Kan ik met mijn dochter/moeder komen? Zeker! Heel wat moeders & dochters zijn al samen gekomen. Stuk voor stuk vonden ze dat een bijzondere ervaring. Sommigen deelden een tweepersoonskamers. Soms sliep de -30ster mee op de slaapzaal met de andere jongeren. Sommigen deden proeverijen samen. Anderen deden alles apart. Helemaal op maat van wat voor jullie klopt! Moet ik veel ‘zinnelijke’ ervaring hebben? Nee. Echt niet. Veel vrouwen komen net ook om dingen uit te proberen waar ze nog géén ervaring mee hebben. Dat is één van de bedoelingen van het festival: verkennen, verdiepen, verbreden. Ik ben single…Moet ik een partner hebben? Nee! Een lief/partner hebben is fijn. Want dan kan je na het festival wellicht direct bij iemand terecht met al je zinnelijke vibes. Geen lief/partner hebben is ook prima. Veel proeverijen focussen ook op wat je zelf kan doen en/of ondernemen. Geen relatie hebben, betekent ook: aan niemand uitleg ‘verschuldigd’ zijn. Allerlei dingen kunnen uitproberen omdat jij dat wil. Ik ben eerder introvert of gevoelig. Ik beweeg me in een rolstoel. Ik ben neurodivers. Past dit dan wel bij mij? Waarschijnlijk wel. Er komen heel verschillende vrouwen. En die zijn allemaal welkom. We proberen - in de mate van het mogelijke - met iedereen rekening te houden. Reik even uit als je iets heel specifieks nodig hebt. Ik heb iets heftigs mee gemaakt met dit thema. Mag ik dan mee doen? Ja. En: het festival is géén therapie. Alle proeverijen vertrekken vanuit pleasure . Als je wat er gebeurd is, in voldoende mate verwerkt hebt, ben je heel welkom. Als senXsualiteit heel triggerend is voor jou, is begeleiding misschien eerder op zijn plek. Bij twijfel, neem gerust even contact op, dan zoeken we samen uit of het klopt om deel te nemen. Is het Fluisterfestival enkel voor vrouwen? Ja. We kiezen bewust voor een women-only space . Omdat dat voor veel vrouwen helpt om dieper te ontspannen, zachter te worden en zich vrijer te voelen. Is dit event bedoeld voor vrouwen die op zoek zijn naar een vrouw? Nee. Dit festival staat open voor alle vrouwen, ongeacht hun seksuele voorkeur. En heeft als doel: je eigen senXsualiteit verkennen, verbreden, verdiepen. Op geen enkel moment faciliteren we ‘amoureuze contacten’. Dat is niet het opzet van dit gebeuren. Duikt iedereen daar met iedereen in bed? Nee. Het kan er prikkelend en spannend aan toe gaan in de drie- en vier- pepertjes proeverijen. En ook tijdens het dansen ’s avonds gaan vrouwen al eens uit de bol.
